I have had issues with ranged heroes standing at the back of the aggro bubble twiddling their thumbs instead of attacking when flagged since the update.

So what do you call this? WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS? Do I have to really use caps lock/shift so you can understand that THERE IS a huge problem with AI?

pyre has run halfway across the HB map when set to guard, and his pet even further. i am not ok with that.

also i have noticed the cancel action bug, its not ok either. it can literally cost you the whole match.

I've not H/H'd yet, but judging from the complaints it doesn't sound very good.

This only applies to Monks, and can only be set on your heroes. Avoid makes them not play offensively and kite.

Henchmen are all set to Guard, except for the melee ones. (I'm not completely sure on this one myself)

Yes!
...at least the melee chars. lol. They love to run into mobs and aggro lots more it seems. -_- And I have them on guard.

And some of the casters just stand there sometimes...no, I don't have them on avoid.

devona is out of control
she just runs of to do whatever she wants, i just was in tahnakai and she just thinks it's fun to run into two groups of jade brotherhood almost wiping my party with their dragon stomps

Overall, they were better before the update.

I noticed SOME positive changes...someone mentioned that they are being pre-protted. I noticed this when I take a prot henchman with me. They throw prot spirit on me just before engaging.

However, this does not outweigh the negatives...which were all mentioned in the thread about it.

Ahem...if you took the time to browse the thread about this/knew anything about the problem...you'd see that the issue is they are running off and engaging even without a target being pinged. Hell, they are running off and engaging when they are FLAGGED BACK. There are screenshots of the melee henchman running off by himself and getting killed.


Yes, please revert them. Or at LEAST acknowledge it and fix the damn things...

I think the new AI updates work well for the most part.
I voted keep the new AI just tweak it some more.
They are likely doing that for GW2 and this update is just a beta test start on AI reworking and improvements

seriously, anerf didnt make any Ai improvement b/c it seems they cant do it without making AN EPIC MESS, we havent hear an explanation of any kind about the casting loop bug for example, i supose they have notized this STUPID MESS but they dont want to admit it, their ai programming just SUCKS BAD

My only concern is MM heroes going back to lost minions to use Death nova.

ive lost 2 hero battles now because of kahmu spazzing out trying to use a heal skill then dying. ive also seen talkh and dunk exhibit this behavior. i think it might be linked to signets because ive had morghan spaz out on signet of synergy and another hero with plague signet (however ive seen this happen with 10e spells often too...)

ive had the most trouble with pyre as he decides to totally leave his post and run all the way across the map. not an exaggeration. all the way across. on guard. its not as prominent in jin or margrid, but theyre not as scary as pyre is so i want pyre back please.

also, about the preprotting, i noticed that before the update. especially in HA when livia casted WoW on me and the other monk before we were even hit by an enemy that was running towards us. however i think talkhora is better at protting now, she caught a rspike!

i say yes revert them back!

they fixed the flagging (TOO MUCH)

i flag my heroes behind me and if any casters use AoE skills they just sit in them

yes we complained when the heroes ran all over place when flag was still on but,
when they just sit inside AoE's its plain dumb...

The only problem I've had with heroes so far is an MM sac'ing himself to death... which is not exactly new. I don't get why everyone else is complaining. Stop using melee heroes/henchies; they need a massive overhaul before they become even marginally useful anyway.

It's not just melee heroes/henchmen that are affected by this...nearly every aspect is bugged in some way.
